Rosella Villa

The Rosella Villa is one of two loft villas - with the living space and bathroom downstairs, and the comfortable king bed upstairs. Located at the rear of the property, Rosella is very quiet and private. Large windows look out onto a large garden with lots of natural light.

The villa includes a spacious lounge room and dining space. The kitchenette includes a full-size fridge and we provide hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-machine, as well as  complimentary supplies for a 'cook-your-own' breakfast  - eggs, bacon, bread for toast, cereal, milk, OJ, tea and coffee.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and custom vanity.

The Rosella villa has a long verandah that joins with the Kestrel verandah - perfect for a coffee and breakfast in the sun, or evening drinks as the sun sets.

All of our villas have reverse-cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans and also wood-fired heaters (which are available for use between April and October each year). 

Parking is free, and at the door.  Internet is available and free.
